Ingredients:
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 2 tbsp of chopped rosemary
- 1 bottle/12 ounces of beer
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and the chopped rosemary. Make sure they are all mix in together.
- Then add the beer, stir in quickly, making sure there is no clump and that it will only get stickier as it stays longer.
- Greased an 8-inch loaf pan or just spray with a no-stick cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes and can be served warm.
