Easy Rosemary Beer Bread

Ingredients:


  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tbsp of baking powder

  • 2 tbsp of chopped rosemary

  • 1 bottle/12 ounces of beer


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).

  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and the chopped rosemary. Make sure they are all mix in together.

  3. Then add the beer, stir in quickly, making sure there is no clump and that it will only get stickier as it stays longer.

  4. Greased an 8-inch loaf pan or just spray with a no-stick cooking spray.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes and can be served warm.
